MICHAEL KILEY, PRESIDENT / OWNER
Recognized as a visionary in the 401(k) field, Michael Kiley has more than 25 years of
retirement industry experience. Since founding Plan Administrators, Inc. (PAi) in 1983
and incorporating it in 1985, Kiley has worked tirelessly to build a company based on a
solid platform of manageable, steady growth, technological innovation and superior customer service.
Under Kiley's leadership, PAi has earned a reputation of being an industry leader in providing affordable,
outsourced retirement plan and payroll servicing for small to medium-size businesses.

TRACY RUH, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Tracy Ruh is responsible for ensuring a supreme customer experience. In his role, he is instrumental
in translating PAi's strategy and mission into results-oriented action plans. His direct
responsibilities include Human Resources, Organizational Development, Customer Operations and Finance.
Prior to joining PAi, Ruh served as Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development/Market Owner for
Schneider National, Inc., the largest truckload carrier and logistics provider in North America. Ruh holds
a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse.
